Creed III is an upcoming American sports drama film directed by Michael B. Jordan (in his directorial debut), from a screenplay by Keenan Coogler and Zach Baylin, and based on a story outline by Ryan Coogler. A sequel to Creed (2015) and Creed II (2018) and the ninth installment in the Rocky franchise, it will star Jordan, Tessa Thompson, Phylicia Rashad, and Jonathan Majors. It will be the first film in the franchise without Sylvester Stallone as Rocky, though he still serves as a producer.
